High gear for high impact. Looking to feel fitter, improve conditioning or simply lap up the power of high intensity? Then this is for you. We move fast and roll deep with a laser focus on building up your cardio fitness. Expect rowers, ski ergs, burpee’s and push prowlers to supercharge your energy, raise your heart rate and make you sweat.
Lean in, rise up. A training session that burns body fat and builds muscle. We’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and bodyweight to tighten, transform and tone a physique that’s ready to rock this world.
Dips, barbells, squats and sleds. We focus on the expansion of stamina and strength in a class that makes you feel body-proud. Together we’ll build against the resistance of heavier weights to unlock your highest potential. So you can dance out the door powerful, perky and pumped.
Beats and spins. This high energy session blends spin-bike, row-bike and assault-bike to fire up that natural high. With pumping tunes to get your pulse racing and body moving to a variation of intensity intervals. A power hour of total awesomeness.
Sweat and smile. A tribe-focused workout for maximum sweatage and ultimate conditioning, each and every time. Ride the elevating energy of the room as we warm up, reach new heights and have the time of our lives.

Every single exercise we do at Fast has an alternative. Your coach will help you find a close alternative.
Yes. The Classes will often be in an upper, lower, whole body pattern repeated mon-wed and thurs- sat.
You are welcome to try various sessions. Discuss you goals with your coach and they will advise if you are unsure
The Class starts at quarter past the hour, Aim to arrive on the hour, saves you the stress of being late.
You are more than welcome to come down and cycle, ski or row at any time of the day for as long as you like.

Depending on the severity of your injury you are welcome to train, the session may be modified. Please speak to your trainer
